I have an Associates’ degree in Applied Science with an emphasis on Business admin and Financial services. I have certificates in early childhood education.

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Self-regulation is an extremely important tool to share with children as early as possible. These tools are so important for our youth to take with them throughout their lives.

MY HOBBIES, INTERESTS & THINGS I DO OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL

I am a proud Hispanic that hails from NY. I fell in love with the country aspect of NC. I love to spend time with my family, while still enjoying solitude at times. I love the outdoors, especially beaches and parks.

SOMETHING PEOPLE MIGHT BE SURPRISED TO LEARN ABOUT ME

I came from a medical/financial office background. Somehow my path led me to early childhood education. I love the idea that I can make a lasting positive impact on children at an early age. I found that I am skilled at helping young ones self-regulate.
